These homes offer a structured environment, peer support, and accountability, making the transition from rehab to independent living smoother. Residents benefit from a safe, drug-free setting where they can develop healthy routines, build life skills, and establish a foundation for lasting recovery. Every resident has access to our full spectrum of outpatient services — including therapy, nursing, case management, and medically assisted treatment (MAT) — right from within the housing environment.
We help residents prepare for, find, and maintain employment. From resume assistance to transportation planning, our team is here to help you rebuild your independence.
Friendly, trained staff are available around the clock to support residents, ensure accountability, and provide encouragement — day and night.
Recovery doesn’t have to be isolating. We organize regular outings, events, and activities to foster connection, joy, and a vibrant recovery community.
